"Do you want to be healed?" (John 5:6) This is what Jesus asked the man at the pool of Bethesda. A great deal of healing comes from changing our hearts to desire to be whole and holy, sane and sanctified, to want to be healed. This retreat is an opportunity to learn to desire better decisions for God in one's life.
It begins on Friday and ends on Sunday. Spend the weekend looking at the areas of our life we block God’s grace and are in need of his healing grace as we look at personal sin, unforgiveness, unhealthy relationships, persistent family struggles and the consequences of family sin. Also, learn basic tools of discernment to understand what is coming from God in our lives, and what is not. The retreat concludes with the opportunity for confession, a healing service and Mass of Thanksgiving, offering the opportunity to open ourselves up to Christ’s healing grace allowing Him to transform our lives.
